The Chief Operating Officer is the member of Executive Management that is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within the company. The COO works closely with the CEO and the CFO as well as other executive management team members. The COO must be a skilled communicator, effective leader and driven businessperson who can spur company growth, maintain key operational procedures, create new processes, and ensure day to day operational excellence. This individual will be instrumental in customer interactions and customer relationships.

The FinTech Solutions Manager is responsible for the generation and maintenance of continuing DCI FinTech opportunities which include data processing and other related bank services. This position will work with existing DCI bank customers and new opportunities to ensuring the satisfactory delivery of DCI FinTech information, services and products. This individual is accountable for interacting professionally and diplomatically with contacts of banks and all DCI management, staff, and employees.
This position will be offered fully remote, based on the location of the candidate, with frequent travel to DCI customer locations & headquarters.

This position is based in Hutchinson, KS. The schedule includes 8-hour shifts during approx. the first 4-5 days of each month, followed by variable shifts and hours for the remainder of the month. Weekend work may be required if the first of the month falls on a weekend.

They are responsible for importing and balancing bank deposit transactions. This includes investigating, reject re-entry, balancing, duplicate detection and missing images along with assisting in mail processing and preparation. This position will verify imports are created and submitted to host and cash letters are accepted by third party. Provides exceptional customer service in ensuring that all DCI financial institutions and customers receive effective, complete, and satisfactory delivery and utilization of DCI’s processing services at the SCDC Remote Site. This individual must also be flexible to work varying schedules as requested to meet site processing and operations requirements.
This position will be in-office and the required hours are Monday-Friday 6-9 pm. The last day of the month, the hours will be 6-11 pm.

Confers frequently with their manager on assigned project priorities, troubleshoots complex problems, design systems, formulate methods for installation, and monitors project progress throughout the development project lifecycle. Must possess and apply a broad knowledge of technical and banking concepts to development assignments that are complex in nature and must be able to work with minimum supervision. Leadership ability required for providing direction and control within assigned project areas.
