The Chief Operating Officer is the member of Executive Management that is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within the company. The COO works closely with the CEO and the CFO as well as other executive management team members. The COO must be a skilled communicator, effective leader and driven businessperson who can spur company growth, maintain key operational procedures, create new processes, and ensure day to day operational excellence. The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely support to DCI customers regarding their questions and concerns about various DCI software applications. The Customer Support Specialist can provide support in the application areas of deposits, management, GoBanking, and loans. The open position is on the management support team, supporting calls from bank related to card, accounts payable, general ledger, customer ports, etc.
The role will be located in office with a hybrid work schedule or remote based on the candidate's location.

This role would support the management application, including but not limited to security, general ledger, safe deposit, and miscellaneous items.

The Statement Insert Operator/Balance Clerk is responsible for data entry and the correcting and balancing of deposited items in a multi-bank imaging processing environment. Other responsibilities include printing and processing for mailing, bank statements on automated inserting equipment in a multi-bank processing environment. Operator is responsible for running bank statements on inserting machine equipment efficiently in a multi-bank image processing environment.
The hours for this position are 6 pm - 3 am CST.

These include inbound and outbound run file processing, electronic return functions, and outgoing mail inserting and metering. Full knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above listed positions is necessary. This individual must provide exceptional customer service in ensuring that all DCI financial institutions and customers receive effective, complete, and satisfactory delivery and utilization of DCI’s processing services at the Lenexa Center. They must also be flexible to work varying schedules as requested to meet site processing and operations requirements during staffing shortages.
The hours for this position are 12:30 - 9:30 pm CST.
